No refunds. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the paid period.
By subscribing, you accept that all fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time — cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
1. No-Refund Policy
All YNTEL BET subscription fees are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you receive access to our analysis content immediately upon payment, and that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with analyses, change of mind, missed games, unused service days, tier downgrade, or losing wagers placed on third-party sportsbooks based on our analysis.
This policy applies to all active tiers: Elite, Whale, The Vault, and The Concierge, for both monthly and annual billing cycles, and to any add-on purchases.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Subscription, or by emailing support@yntelbet.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to the tier you paid for until that date, and no further charges will be processed.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not retroactively refund the current billing period. There is no pro-rated refund for the unused portion of a paid period.
3. Acceptance at Subscription
By clicking "Subscribe" or "Start Free Trial" on any YNTEL BET checkout page, you expressly accept the following, all of which are recorded server-side with timestamp, IP address, and a cryptographic acceptance ID for legal audit under Florida Statute §501.204 (deceptive and unfair trade practices) and §521 (online terms disclosure requirements):
a) This Refund Policy in full.
b) The Terms of Service at yntelbet.com/terms.
c) The Privacy Policy at yntelbet.com/privacy.
d) The Responsible Gambling Notice at yntelbet.com/responsible-gambling, including 21+ age confirmation (Florida) or 18+ (other permitted states).
e) Confirmation that YNTEL BET is a sports analysis and consulting service that does not accept wagers, operate as a sportsbook, or facilitate betting transactions.
Your acceptance is stored as a record in our secure acceptance_log database. You may request a copy of your recorded acceptance at any time by contacting support@yntelbet.com.
4. Free Trial Terms (Vault 3-Day Trial)
New users are eligible for a single 3-day free trial of The Vault tier. On the web, we authorize your payment method at signup to reserve the trial, but no charge is made during the 3-day period. During the trial, you receive full Vault-tier access.
At the end of the 3-day trial: (a) if you do not cancel, the trial converts automatically to the plan you selected at signup and your authorized payment method is charged on day 4; (b) if you cancel from Settings or by emailing support@yntelbet.com before the end of day 3, access ends on day 4 and no charge is made.
For in-app (iOS) trials: Apple requires payment method authorization before trial start. No charge is made during the 3 days. Cancel from Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid auto-renewal.
5. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@yntelbet.com FIRST, before disputing with your card issuer. We will investigate and, in documented cases of fraud, duplicate billing, or technical error, issue a one-time correction.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account termination. Fraudulent chargeback attempts may be reported to the FTC, Florida Office of the Attorney General, and the card network.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the bottom, and active subscribers will receive an email notice at the address on file at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
