Terms of Service

YNTEL BET is a sports analysis platform that currently provides expert-reviewed MLB analyses and insights. NBA, NHL, and Soccer are coming soon after model training. Our service combines proprietary internal analysis with expert review to generate probability-based recommendations.

YNTEL BET is an informational and entertainment service. We provide sports analysis and opinions, NOT gambling services. We do not accept wagers, facilitate betting, or operate as a sportsbook.

All analyses and predictions provided by YNTEL BET are opinions based on statistical analysis. They are NOT guarantees of any outcome. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Users acknowledge that no analysis, regardless of sophistication, can guarantee winning results. You should never risk more than you can afford to lose.

YNTEL BET is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of decisions made based on our analysis. Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. Payment is processed at the start of each billing cycle.

Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day Vault trial upon account creation. The trial begins immediately. After 3 days, a paid subscription is required to continue receiving analyses.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your tier's analyses until the period ends.

Refunds: All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of their current billing cycle.

Age Requirement (COPPA): You must be at least 18 years old to use YNTEL BET. YNTEL BET does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a user under 18 has registered, we will immediately terminate that account and delete associated data. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you believe a minor has accessed the service, contact us at support@yntelbet.com.

Legal Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of sports analysis and any related activities comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. YNTEL BET makes no representations regarding the legality of sports betting in your location.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Responsible Use: You agree to use the service responsibly. Our analysis is meant to inform, not replace, your own judgment.

All content on YNTEL BET, including but not limited to analyses, statistical models, user interface design, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of YNTEL BET and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display any content from YNTEL BET without prior written consent.

Sharing analyses from premium tiers outside of YNTEL BET is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

YNTEL BET provides its service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YNTEL BET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to YNTEL BET in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or delays in delivering analyses due to technical issues, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@yntelbet.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of YNTEL BET shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Arbitration shall take place in the State of Florida, United States. Each party shall bear their own costs.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

YNTEL BET is a sports analysis content service. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds, or facilitate gambling. Our subscriptions provide statistical analysis only. Use of our analysis to place bets is at your sole discretion and risk.

Florida residents: services provided in compliance with Florida Statute 849.14 as an information service protected under the First Amendment.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
